如同美國之金恩博士說過，他有一個夢想，希望不分膚色種族，世界都能和平相處，尊重異己。小妹我也有一個夢想，就是希望世界上或許不需要大家都是陰陽人，但至少有一個陰陽人的族群，甚至有一個這樣受到包容的次文化，讓shemale、Hermaphrodite都可以在世紀各地自由的展現他們（我們的）life style，可以自由雙重的享受男性及女性的性愛生活。

This is also my wish,as I also want to becum the newhalf/ hermaphrodite,after I read this blog as one will be extremely cahrming and attractive as one got the breasts and sex organs for both sex~~~~~~:)

Hard to believe......it got many newhalf/hermaphrodite in born at the worldwide,and so lucky for them~~~~~~:)

P.S.Is it ok to becum one of them,by the surgeries(I mean the penis can be keep,but also got the vagina)~~~~~~?:)

I don't know. I think that idea before, but can't find any documents to let us follow, or maybe you can ask Tailand's doctor for this surgery request. :Q

Guideline for a Typical Course of Hormone Therapy 第一個月：每月注射兩次 20mg 的estradiol valerate 或 2ml 的 estradiol cypionate (10 mg/ml = 1ml ←換成ml) 並同時每天服用 1-2mg 的口服 estradiol （含在舌下服用溶解） 或每天服用 2-3mg 的 estradiol valerate （含在舌下服用溶解） 或每週更換一片 0.05mg 的 transdermal estradiol 貼片以防止血清裡的estradiol水平用光 假如這些注射式的賀爾蒙無法取得，可採用一片 0.1mg transdermal estradiol 貼片，每週更換兩次 或者每天 4mg的舌下服用 estradiol 或者每天 6mg的舌下服用 estradiol valerate. 注意: 使用口服藥丸需每天分兩次使用 第二個月：開始增加anti-androgens： 每天服用 100mg spironolactone 再加上少量 (0.05-0.5mg)切碎的 finasteride 藥丸 假如無法取得 spironolactone 可以 cyproterone acetate 替代 用量是每天 10mg cyproterone acetate. (事實上a GnRH agonist 是更有效抑制減少 androgens 及他們的作用 effects, 但目前是廣泛被禁止使用) 第三個月：開始增加 progesterone 或 progestin： 每天服用 200mg 的口服 progesterone, 或每月注射 125mg hydroxyprogesterone caproate 或每天舌下服用 10mg的口服 dydrogesterone. 第四個月：假如乳房尚未發育，可開始增加 estrogen 的劑量： 每月兩次注射 40mg 的 estradiol valerate 或 4mg 的 estradiol cypionate. 並同時每天舌下服用 1-3mg 的口服 estradiol 或每天舌下服用 2-4mg 的 estradiol valerate 或每週更換一片 0.075-0.1mg 的 transderm...
