Guideline for a Typical Course of Hormone Therapy 第一個月：每月注射兩次 20mg 的estradiol valerate 或 2ml 的 estradiol cypionate (10 mg/ml = 1ml ←換成ml) 並同時每天服用 1-2mg 的口服 estradiol （含在舌下服用溶解） 或每天服用 2-3mg 的 estradiol valerate （含在舌下服用溶解） 或每週更換一片 0.05mg 的 transdermal estradiol 貼片以防止血清裡的estradiol水平用光 假如這些注射式的賀爾蒙無法取得，可採用一片 0.1mg transdermal estradiol 貼片，每週更換兩次 或者每天 4mg的舌下服用 estradiol 或者每天 6mg的舌下服用 estradiol valerate. 注意: 使用口服藥丸需每天分兩次使用 第二個月：開始增加anti-androgens： 每天服用 100mg spironolactone 再加上少量 (0.05-0.5mg)切碎的 finasteride 藥丸 假如無法取得 spironolactone 可以 cyproterone acetate 替代 用量是每天 10mg cyproterone acetate.
