Training the male part 2 by Madam Rebecca


In a female led relationship the woman takes responsibility and control of her male's health. There are three major factors to a males health, they are: Diet, exercise and stress reduction. When the female leads the relationship and takes control of the male his stress levels are reduced significantly. He need not make important decisions thus taking a great deal of stress from him. And since
he does not make wrong decisions this reduces the stress factor associated with the male having to face the consequences of a bad decision.

Exercise is also taken care of in the female led relationship because he no longer sits on the couch drinking beer doing nothing. Now he is productively occupied doing housework, laundry, cooking and serving. Light but active work that keeps the males mind happy, occupied and peaceful while keeping the body in shape and limber.

But most importantly in this discussion is diet. Yes the male's diet typically is terrible. Eating way to much, drinking way to much and all of the wrong sort of things. So what I expect from a male servant is to eat a proper diet. I want him to be healthy and live a long life and that can easily be achieved through a proper diet.

A proper diet consists of several points. The first is moderation. A overweight male does not serve well, does not look good and will experience additional health problems so cut his intake probably by � to 1/3. If you check the weight charts for your males height his weight should be the minimum. Not in the middle or at the top but at the bottom. The less he weighs the healthier he will be, the more active he will be, the better he will look feminized and the less he will cost you.

The type of things he eats is also important. He should eat no more meat in a day than a piece of 4 OZ. The rest should be made up of vegetables. One day a week he should eat only fruit. Choose the day and make him stick to it.  Beverages should be limited to water and some juice. No caffeine, no alcohol, so carbonated drinks at all, not ever. I prefer my males to use a cock straw to
drink with or to drink from a bowl on the floor. I feel the manner of intake is important as well. A little of Madam's golden nectar is a most nutritious and beneficial addition to his drink of food for that matter. Some of your lovers cream on his ice cream, pudding or to top his cereal is also a wonderful treat and has advantages that go beyond the physical and reach deep into the mental.

Herbs are also a most important part of the males diet and I recommend the following All be taken daily by any male servant: Saw Palmetto, Damiana, Dong Quai, Blessed Thistle, Wild Yam, Fenugreek, Fennel Seed, Hops and Avena Sativa (Wild Oats) and Pueraria Mirifica. These all help tone done the testosterone levels and bring out the feminine traits the males body has hidden away. They improve his mind making it more receptive to following the woman who owns him, help reduce the male ego issues that present problems he has no idea on how to deal with and allow his body to be formed and shaped into a more beautiful and sensual form.

As the dominant in a relationship is not just about getting your way, it's about doing what's right for all involved. Allowing a male to get fat and lazy and be useless and unpleasant is as much the woman's fault as it is the males. He cannot possibly know what is right or wrong unless you as the female tell him and train him. He will be healthier, happier and far more useful and pleasant to

And best yet you don't even have to take my word for it. I promise you that you control your males diet for 60 days and see if you and he don't agree that it was the right choice to make for both of you!
